i look to the east
each mornings dawn
taking a breath
i live in this world

i rub my eyes
stretch like a cat
sing to the birds
and scatter some seed

i think of home
and connect for a moment
looking for guidance
and the joy they share

the sunlight comes now
i open my eyes
i have faith that my journey
leads the right way

in my head i hear a song
george harrison is singing
Here comes the sun
little darling
Here comes the sun
and I say
it's alright
du du du du

and i smile
and begin a new day

debby

*ya, it is all right*
