...this is one of those rolling around inside my thoughts after I had experienced myself in a moment of pride defense...you know where you argue your point of view just because its yours and then later think, why did I do that?


 

how often one sees

that we as the human

will pull away and defend

be at odds with another

over anything not defined as one’s self

 

for to look at the other

should trigger remember

to love means “you are”

another version of “I am”

 

within judgment and separation

are more unloved creations of shadows
to blame another is to shame one's self

 

evolution is not polarity

we are rising beyond duality
and acknowledging the shared existence of a reality

in service to others will heal more than one’s self

Nice thoughts Debby, it is when we can see ourselves from the outside that we begin to truly understand the character of our being, not the existing physical self but the spiritual which brings us out from the inside looking in from the outside...
