Short poem to a man who is missed

When you're not here I sit in your chair,

wear your shirt feeling like you are with me.

And to remember your kiss and laughter and tears while I held you.

God how silly that seems.

I shall truly never know if you miss me but bet you do...

I DO remember you...

Missing someone is a terrible but at the same time, sweet feeling. and it isn't about how long is been since you've seen each other or the amount to time since you've talked. Its about that very moment when your doing something and you wish they were right there with you every time.

I knew I shouldn't read this when I have my own man who is missed...but of course I did and of course it made me cry! Tender and beautiful.

A person as sweet as you has to be missed by him. Keeping him close by wearing his shirt is perfectly o.k. and I've done it myself. Brings him closer and keeps him near.

Even within the silly part of ourselves one can reach out and find their own true love and grasp them when they are not there...
