Expository poem about the Lord's Supper.

This is the body of Jesus, This is the blood that he shed. This is the time of remembrance, That for us, He arose from the dead. We remember the prophets foretelling, The angels gave news of His birth. Our Jesus, He came down from Heaven, And walked as a man on this earth. He spoke all of love and the Kingdom, That soon He would send down to man. He healed the sick and the helpless, And followed that Heavenly plan. He sinlessly lived our redemption, A pure sacrifice for our sins. He suffered and died 'cause He loved us, Our pardon He gave all to win. The Cross and the Grave could not hold Him, He rose and gave hope for us all. His Church he sent out through the ages, To ring out His Heavenly call. And now we remember His Body, His Blood washes over our heads. We know and can never forget, He raised all of us from the dead. 4.08.07 Copyright 2007

You are incredible! A beautiful story of Jesus, His life, death and resurrection and the opening of the gates to heaven.

I will share this with my grandchildren.
