about a homeless cat I found under my car

Who are you little one?
Under my car I found you
So scared, not knowing what to do.

When I got you out, you came to me,
Hugged me and thanked me for releasing you.
A beautiful cat, you are, I wonder who you could be.
With your beautiful gray striped fur, and a
wonderful personality.

But why are you so frail and small?
It looks like you haven't eaten at all!
I pick you up, I can feel your bones,
Looks like  you've been all alone.

Did someone hurt you and make you cry?
I've seen other poor ones like you.
If that's so, you must wonder why.
You need not fear, my precious pet,
Because from now on, you're mine.

But, who are you little one?

I am so glad that they have found a good home, Reminds me of a cat who I befriended (or the other way round)on holiday, it broke my heart to have to leave them knowing that they probably wouldn't survive. God bless. Baz

Your voice, gently, soothing, and loving radiates in this write, Mary. I get the feeling you love animals. The lost little cat is lost no longer, and I'm certain it is thanking you in its own special way.

God bless,
