Three murders over the last few weeks prompted these thoughts

Three bodies, naked were found
Left, not even buried in the ground
Professional girls were all of the three
But surely safe they should all still be?
A missing fourth is also being sought
Their lives, are they simply being bought?
The girl's trade may be as old as time
But do they deserve to suffer this crime
The reasons they take up this vice
Will be various but rarely are they nice
Drugs seem to be most common place
Treated by most as a social disgace
For many the choice is not even theirs
Sold or stolen to peddle their wares
Robbed too young of all self-esteem
Maybe only left with impossible dream
Yet whatever their particular curse
Their punters morals are so much worse
But no matter what profession they ply
In its cause they shouldn't need to die
