| Children are raising themselves these days with the help of media, instant gratification, self entitlement and lack of taught discipline. Sadly it is the a downward spiral that seems out of control. I have found with my three children instilling them a love for the lover of their souls -- God has made all the difference. Deborah |

| I often think things like this myself, why do they want to grow up so fast nowadays, and where is all the violence coming from-this is very thought-provoking, thanks for passing the message along. |

| Heartfelt and tender all the while questioning the harshness of the world that throws too many young people on the mercy of the streets. I found your poem inspirational. Liz |

Gail,
I've often wondered the same thing. Many of our youth of today are being arrested for drugs, robbery, its sad. On the other hand , there are young men and women who still want to make something of themselves. I salute these ladies and gentlemen who still hold values and abide by them. Excellent poem, Gail.
Blessings,
~Linda |
