The gift does not always
Come in packages of ribbon and lace
It's that place where we know
Of God's grace.
It's the years that pass
And the birthdays
That we sometimes wondered if we
Would ever reach,
It's the celebrating
And the dreams
That seemed unreachable
But with God anything is possible.
The gift
Is not merely another year
Another birthday
Another year
It's the faith
That will get you
Through.
