Ku and Ru for Today

...simple words, deep messages

sunrise...sunset
another day behind us
where did it go

breezes from north
bring comfort to ailing
surviving heat of summer

God smiles on many
when He hears our prayers raised high
He shall answer them

somber saddened days
the losses of dear pets
aging  takes its toll

enter beyond gates
their passage has been earned
by faith and caring

Daily wisdom to be enjoyed fresh and new each morning, Micke! I love the depth but also the refreshing honesty and appreciation that's contained in these maxims. So real and down-to-earth on the one hand; raising out sights upwards on the other. And I was bowled over by your insight and commentary on my Missing poem recently. Your words impressed new meaning of my own work into my heart and mind, and I'm grateful. Bless you, dear friend. xx
