The Servant, A Writhing Moth

Secret, wandering through the wounds
Of sadness, tears, and insanity
That rising current would plummet
Into the valley of a soul
Where dirges play and manifest
An empty cathedral of wondering
From the dead mouth comes a supplication
A pathetic tattered cord
The servant, a writhing moth
Blood the only offering
From the bleached yet blackened
Veins of life
