Hello everyone...just doing a quick pop through to let you know all is fine and life is busy moving on. A new newsletter will soon be coming your way .... so hang on a little while longer lol.

Hugs, Trish

It is dawn and I sit pondering the new day
Sure there will be surprises along the way
Pleasant people with way too much to say
And happy memories that filter and stay.

Coffee brewing, morning here not astray,
Gurgling noisily, bubbles bouncing at play
Teasing and tempting nostrils that lay
Awaiting nourishment stood silent at bay.

Filtering rays, glimpsed quickly today
Sun sparks, shimmering until they sway
Blackness turning slowly into a soft grey
And wispy clouds line stars, the Milky Way.

In fields, cattle stand devouring aged hay
While birds fly, singing “Come What May”
And little mammals become open prey
For predators who wait, the weak to pay.

So, on my porch, coffee in hand, I pray
For mankind’s survival, written in clay!
