TODAY IS THE DAY
© Pastor Kathy A. E. Jones 1/15/08
Today Is The Day
Today is the day I make peace with you.
And it doesn’t matter what you might do.
I’ve decided life’s to short to be abuse in any way.
That’s why I’ve got to make peace with you today.
Worrying what should have, could have, might have been.
Only shortens my life and borders on sin.
So I choose today to set me free,
while releasing you not to be me.
Today is the day I make peace with you.
My Father in heaven requires me to.
For He’s the giver of life now and hear after
And He’s restored to me my joy and laughter.
The peace I made with you
has now been returned to me
And my prayer for you my friends
is that you’ll set someone else free.

| I don't like to be angry or against anyone and don't like them to be mad at me. I need peace and life is too short to not agree. You attitude towards others is showing very well and you are truly blessed with the right words to write. Thanks for these. |

Good job putting the Lord's truth into such personal form.
May the Lord bless many with its clear message.

Amen! To forgive is like getting rid of a 100 pounds of garbage that was on our back. I know this feeling, first-hand. That release is envigorating and sets my heart to dancing. Thank you.
God bless you. Kathy |
