harvest sleeps-
beneath the ground
death then life

in the distance-
sky and ocean blues blend
parallel attraction

soaring hawk
wings extended-
higher still

her death
rose buds open-
orphan petals fall

tiny thorns
a lovers touch-
tender fingers
