P.S.
The doctor says to him that he was having "Anxiety Attacks", and there wasn't anything wrong with him, but then again there wasn't really anything for him to be "anxiety" about. Isn't that strange?

Oh Tony, I hope you are okay. I think my hubby had that too some time ago, but he has learnt to calm himself down and not be afraid every time, for when you're scared, the attacks would be worse.
Keep yourself calm, that's the most sensible thing to do at that moment. Keep telling yourself this will pass and everyththing will be okay again.
