You were an angel on Earth
Anyone could tell by the stars in your eyes,
The sunshine in your hair
So to find out for certain came as no surprise
God took you by the hand
To live with him in his castle in the sky
You were too good a person
To continue to live a normal human life.

The sunshine shines overhead
But it rains so heavily in all hearts
Now that you've left this world
Now that you and your fans are apart
I raise my eyes to the skies
And I feel so much pain because you're gone
But then I feel you smile upon me
And telling me to keep faith and move along.

I remember so clearly
You aren't actually dead in reality
You spirit still lives on
