Let me daily,try my best to improve,
And try my faults and shortcomings,to remove

Let me try to give,only good advice
And before speaking,pause and think twice
Let me travel,with a purpose,along this way
Remembering,I'm not in this world to stay

Grant me more wisdom and knowledge,
And I'm not referring to that acquired from college
Give me more understanding and love,
Bless me with faith and peace from above

When I arrive near the end of this road,
I,uncomplainingly,will carry my load,
Forgive me for what I've left undone,
And help me,the rest of this race to run
