Sometimes I feel we are not intelligent enough to use the brains we have been given. Or maybe I've been watching the "Twilight Zone" marathon too long and my conscience is in moral overload.

Just a few words to remind us
That knowledge often exceeds
Our understanding when to trust
Our conscience on when to proceed

Karen, this is an extremely clever poem. I particularly like these lines:
