A poem I wrote for my husband on our wedding day. Poem to be published in my new book Through The Windows To My Soul.
|
I feel your presence in the dark,
Unspoken words leave a lasting mark.
Your silent touch upon my skin,
Our breath entangled as we begin.
A love of trust that grows stronger each day,
Precious whispers of promises that will stay.
A life of love has finally begun,
Fresh and warm as the brilliant shining sun.
Vows are spoken with our hearts,
Together entwined from the start.
A marriage made from above,
Eternally embraced with love.
Devoted for life to love and cherish,
A true romance never to perish.
