this rant turned poem was something that was left on my voice mail by my friend/ cousin's boyfriend one day when he was bored... quite a lot different from his drunken rants of the past but... interesting all the same... i did some touch ups on it and posted it here to share with everyone... his name is kyle and he rules... he wrote this... not me...

The vines are climbing up the lamp post
Screaming chaotic sermons
At the dusty, dusty wind
Time doesnít exist here
For we are lost but found at the same time
Staring fate right in the eyes
As it crushes down on us
We are not afraid anymore though
Because we realize what is, will be
And what will be, is
So onward we go
Exploring deep forests called truth
Lost, lost between here and there
And now
And then
We are timeless and seamless
As it breaks your barriers
Barriers once known
To confine men
And now that we have actualized ourselves
We see beyond this small globe we thought was Earth
Today Iím reborn
Iím a new man
