another old one...
|
I am scared of daybreak
For I know not what it will bring
Joy unbounded . . . Or heartbreak . . .
Let the night linger
Let the music play
Let me live my dreams
Just one more time . . .
A deep breath, a heart thudding in my breast
Ripples of happiness spreading outward
Concentric circles engulfing the universe
Let it play on. . . .
Just one more time . . .
Let my verses fall
Like dew on soft pasture
For if I should lose you
I still have the memories
To cling to, in the silence of the nights. . . .
You can come to me
In the speaking silence of a dream

Truly compelling verses the theme of which I can relate to. Thank you, Shoma. Love and best wishes,

You can come to me
In the speaking silence of a dream"Imagery is superb. To be in dream world is attractive for all. But o enjoy our gretdoins, we must face the day light and work for our great performance in social circle. I share your dreams ,however.

Very romantic and filled with the rapture of love, loving, making love and holding to all that is good about love even if it fails.
