|I like the middle stanza the best, followed closely by the first. I like the words "solar plexus"; that's a really cool phrase I never thought of. I also like the parts about "silencing my reawakened song" and "ashes falling...." in the way it connects to winter. I like the way the title does not directly reflect anything in the poem too obviously, as opposed to most poems that are named after a line or phrase in the poem. It makes you think about this one more... it makes you wonder who Sally is and that makes the poem interesting. Very cool, I'm glad to finally read your work.|
