For you, I would reach to the furthest star
I’d give you the world; that’s how special you are
You’ve always been faithful; you’re always sincere
There is no one else I would want to hold near
I think about you from the moment I rise
I do not believe that you could realize
In these lonely days when we must be apart
How grateful I am that you have claimed my heart.
For you, I would walk more than my weight in miles
Each time we’re together, I find I’m all smiles
You bring out the best in my heart and my soul
We may be two people, but we share one goal
In spite of the distance between us, right now
I want you to know that someway and somehow
We will reach each other and love, willingly
Some things in this life are just destined to be.
For you, I would capture every moonbeam’s glow
And the light glistening from a winter’s snow
Then, I’d send that radiance into your eyes
So, you’ll always be both beautiful and wise
Because I am human, there’s much I can’t do
Thus, I’ll only pledge that I’ll be here for you
Since despite the miles or the time spent away
You’ll always be perfect, in your unique way.
