This Easter, I can say that I am a blessed man. I hope your Easter holiday is nice as well.
I dedicate this poem to my favorite poetess. She is my Easter gift.

On Easter, we speak of rebirth
Of miracles brought here to earth
And of the things that hold much worth
As we travel each mile
When I think of this Easter week
I find it very hard to speak
I’ve found the joy that most men seek
In your beautiful smile
My heart has risen from the pain
I have the will to love again
I’m strong enough to face the rain
Because you’ve shown me how
You are the perfect Easter gift
You’re there when my heart needs a lift
Your guidance is right on and swift
Your beauty serves to wow
As we honor the Resurrection
I write this heartfelt dedication
Thank you for giving me direction
Thank you for all you are
You are, indeed, a cherished dream
Together, we’re an awesome team
I hope your Easter moments gleam
Much brighter than a star

| Easter has always been a time for new beginnings for me. It is always a time of reflection. I often decide, which habits do I want to overcome? Also, Easter means finding the new path, or mending the relationships that may have fallen apart in the winter. There is always someone special who has given us light, or who has directed us on to the right path. You have expressed this so beautifully in your work. |
