                      HOPE

A glimpse of reality one holds as

a breath of hope.  While others tug

from a tattered rope.

Why is it at times we lose the very

Sight?  Making life difficult to bear

or even seem bright.

Why is it for some that pain and sorrow

consume, while others happily go

about not a care? If you know please

share.

Time is forever a story of tall tales.

Moving through the night with silent

wails.

Hope is often forgotten because many

think their lives are rotten.  But in return

it is because they have begotten.

Open your eyes and bear in mind, for it

was just a short while ago of your find.

When you have come to the end of the

rope, focus on what matters the most and

you will see why you believed and reached

for hope.

Hope is one of the most important things to have in life - I always tell people "lets hope for the best" - so a poem on hope is wonderful and yours was great to read
