A Kiss is not Always Just a Kiss
For you - From me
In Lieu of the Present
Generation Y (Why)

I just returned home after having globe trotted for work for the past 1.5 months, my last leg of the trip was spent in Afghanistan (not scheduled) and it was an eye opening experience. What I saw there will stay with me forever, this write was worked on in the evenings there ... The picture is of a tea that we hosted to educate afghan women - I am sitting to the left with sunglasses and a white/blue wrap.
My hands tied the times bind.
By rules and regulations I can abide.
Changing rules to suit their needs,
Lack of standards, morals.
What's good for one is only that,
No longer is it good for all.
The world is rushed,
No time to think, just get it done.
If the task at hand is understood,
then this means all is well and good.
When time must be spent to teach.
Nurture and mold, teach calmly, proper.
Guide our trainees to a path of success.
Not let them lead and pull us down a road of destruction.
With our rushed and hurried ways,
we indicate lack of concern and care.
Letting them turn our words against us.
Allowing from one but not another,
they recall it all, reminding us of what we did.
So we bow our head in shame and concede.
The error is taken in stride now, no matter by whom.
Soon there is nothing we can do.
Amongst ourselves we bicker and quarrel.
With one showing a lack of concern
overstepping the rest, overruling the nest.
Never hesitating to say, you must see it my way,
unless it is I who does the deciding
then of course I must be right.
With discouraged words we all will hurt,
Soon there will be no smiles, no strive, no desires,
Tension and tears will soon appear.
Apparent to all
With this I leave you to decide.
Constructive Criticism and discipline can save your hide
but if it's destructive it will ruin the ride.
Soon others will go and you'll be alone to choose,
Are you right now, when you have no one to rule?

I don't know what to write. I feel very worthless. It it means anything. I send you love and peace,

|When dealing with controversial matters there is always a need for a negotiator or leader to guide the discussions and make sure the less passionate have a chance to express their views as much as the overly vocal extroverts that tend to rule most of these types of groups.
Good Write dear friend and nice picture...
