Proverbs 27:6 'Faithful are the wounds of a friend..." [GOD's Word]

FAITHFUL WOUNDS

Sometimes my words
cut so much deeper
than any knife
could ever do.
Believe me when
I say "I'm sorry",
I never want to
hurt you.

But if my words
do ever cut you-
I hope they're like
the surgeon's hand:
hurting only
momentarily,
bringing healing
in the end.

Friends hurt friends
unecessarily,
leaving scars no
eye can see.
But let our wounds be
only healing,
faithful wounds
for God's glory.
