Your poem is an indictment of humanity; it is an open book to its folly. Thank you, Jon. Love and peace,

John I saved this one consider it a compliment to such an all out effort, the poem reads like a rose opening it's pedals to the morning sun, and the mockingbird singing trallaalllalallala indeed.
You have reached in deep, and brought much wisdom, as your colourful words climb like a vine to reach the summit.
Bless You! Jasmin Horst |

Jon,
'...a pibroch sad to play'...maybe it's just my reading but I find this unsettling and haunting and the more than once use of tra-la, tra-la, ironic; that's no reflection on the skill of delivery and the excellent images, in fact it's your great ability to draw response from the reader, a response that I think matters. Gene's right, this is warning.

to the point that I may well march off with the next piper who
invades my neighborhood...tra-la tra-la, tra-le tra-le. This
is music to my ears, my friend. -gene. |
