Time needs to be taken to attend to our own needs as educators.

Teaching is a stressful job

You have to take care of yourself

Eat right, exercise, and rest

You must protect your health

Billy's Tip: Consider how you can continue doing these things you enjoy during the summer to take care of yourself and implement them during the school year.

Did attend 2008 grad class of Elizabethtown, PA h>s> wAS excited by the speakers and they gave very good messages. 3 boys were awarded their diplomas by their Mother's who were teachers in the same school. It was not a boring grad ceremony. The boys threw beach balls up in air at end. Very neat. Were told not to bring anything to throw, but they did. The teachers do inspire the kids and get them ready to face the outside world and sometimes help them in their decision making too. Good teachers are neeed so stay in shape this summer. Swimming helps lots.
