When they were young
And quite the pair
They lived their lives
Without a care.
They sipped fine wine
Danced nights away
Love and laughter
Two souls at play.
They’re older now
And much has changed
Out of it all
True love remains.
Books and glasses
Next to the bed
Speak volumes for
Deep love not said.
Though passion rules
Less frequently
A bond is shared,
Loves Harmony.
