Into the Bamboo of life by Lisa M Reinbolt Friday, January 25, 2008 Rated "G" by the Author. Share Print Save Become a Fan This is a poem that I wrote back in 2002 for a poetry contest in a MSN group that I was a Member of.
Off in the distance, the withered sounds of bamboo, sway in the breeze of the Autumnn sun. The bamboo temple in the mountains echo the voices of the Cuckoo And the maiden frog. Solitude thrives in the mountains, as the Ciada sing sonnets, The birds sing praises, to the gods that live within. The Bananna blossoms gleam, in the mornings dew. Awwww....We journey into the withered paths leading to the Castle in the Sky....
