I still remember the ring I gave to you . and all of the things that both of us had been through . I can't change what happened or why you said goodbye But memories of you will be there til I die . You can�t close the door to all the love that we shared , Or walk away hurt in every sense of the word As I think of what we had it is just so sad , time has moved on and since you�ve been gone , Its been bad . Now we've become like two strangers lost in our time , but I still remember the day when you where mine . Memories of you live on . they will never end , Sometimes a love like ours is hard to find my friend . Out of sight Out of mind Out of touch Out of time . Memories of you I always have . They are mine . I don�t know what I can do , as I am broke in two , So I wrote this poem called Memories of you . Words by Paul McCann �

Lost love can be devastating but somehow we keep getting up each morning to face a new day. Some of us are blessed to find a second love and when it happens it's truly joyous. You've put your pain into words very well. Writing is excellent therapy and you have a talent. Thank you for sharing. Donna
