The carhart coat had sure been worn,
Sleeves have frayed and pockets been torn.
A gift of a silk scarf helps her be adorn,
Seen as a beautiful girl since she was born.

The bow tie style hat band compliments personality,
Horse savvy can be seen by watching her mentality.
Blond bronc rein breads show her originality,
The history of her family known for their immorality.

The hackamore was a birthday gift from her idol,
Her father told her it wasnít just a bridle.
Taught her to use soft hands to keep emí idle,
Sit on the porch watching him drink seidel.

Always felt close to home with the touch of leather,
When she rode it was movement light as a feather.
Enjoys the morning after thunder storm weather,
Forget problems when horse and rider are together.

Stampede string was not something store bought,
The braiding repetition was grandfather taught.
Long rides alone was usually something she sought,
During this time she can be found in deep thought.
