i have one of those 'milestone' birthdays coming up this month...feeling it too

I thought the new year would be better
Fresh
Innovative
I thought I would write with a new vitality
Something to inspire
To marvel at
Something different
But no
The problem came with me
I still have the same mind
And pool of words to work with
And they are both
Worn out

Need to keep positive, I am tired too but must carry on til my maker wants and needs me. It's hard sometimes but we all can do it and make sunshine for ourselves.

Never worn out, run down a little maybe as we all get but you will never be worn out as long as their are words in your heart. Keep on writing Sue.

I understand. I was that way for many years. This year, however, is different. I am different. I am feeling positive. I feel whole again . . . My wish is that you can have this most rewarding feeling . . .
