Iím in the dark
I know my eyes are closed
I could open them
And see it all
But then
I would know for sure
And we both know
I prefer the dark

I actually prefer the light and fun and being light in my soul. I prefer having picnics, playing tennis, or golf, going on carnival rides. I prefer the brightest days to the darkest nights. But the reality is I live in a darkness that is in no hurry to leave. You have written this one well that makes the reader think, and that is a good thing. Thank you for sharing, sis.

May the Lord Bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and walk by your side. With love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONDERFUL SISTERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), your little sister Barbie.

I think sometimes we have to turn a blind eye to something or someone that has disappointed us; and rather to confront the person we just pretend not to know to keep the pieace. - This, being my choice too.

Welcome back to the den!! Haven't seen you around for a LONG time. Hope all is well with you.
