I’m a secret when roaming the male den Don’t follow the slimy latex trail… Tomorrow I swear I’ll go back to sniffing out pussy …but tonight their coyness seemed forced… Come; see the magic ghost of a last chance repentance Sip on bitter drinks, blush over nervous winks And know I only do it to expand my horizon… A soul starts falling and goddamn it…it’s all it will ever want to do You see the minister’s shadow? That rotund blasphemy of security and grace, His back is always to me What sincerity in that!!!!! Sobriety plagued me for nearly a week… I thought strength had consumed me I cried outright from fear Take me home stranger Take me to disease Take me to a wife storming in Take me home to the sin I drown myself in Take me home to something brutal Take me home to a splendid pain Take me home to my old guilt Take me home to better drugs Take me home to a sinister twelve step program Take me home to Christ Just take me away from myself… I’ll find my way out before morning Ashe S Britt

this is absolutely dreadful, i hate it and i think someone at the age of 2 couldwrite better. You should be better at this....This is an embarrassment....

For some reason,the poem speaks to me a person trapped in a gay Catholic church. Like someone feels bad for having urges, and decides to explore that world and doesn't want to come back to the reality of his home.I could be wrong, though. But I enjoy the structure of this poem.

Good write. Well done, as far as criticism goes, it seems quite personal and therefore introverted and sometimes the ideas come across a little vague. Still a solid enjoyable read. Much love
