Some readers may find this disturbing, as it should be...but I wrote this at a very dark time in my life, and I was actually going to use this as my suicide note. But fortunately, I had friends and family members who cared enough to talk some sense into my hard head! But if anyone feels it should be taken off the site, please let me know, and I will remove it.

Now I lay me down to die
So that nothing else can make me cry.
As I drift off to sleep and death,
I pray my soul will be at rest.

When I am gone, do not grieve
For I will finally be set free.

An escape we all do look but into the hands of a dear friend is where you should go....Don't you ever forget that you are loved Beverly!!

I believe we all feel that way at times. Always remember, things have a way of working themselves out. There is a solution to every problem. Hope for tomorrow... live for today.

This is a very dark poem, Beverly and I am glad your family and friends helped you through your difficult time before you could act on the thought of suicide. At times, this world can be so crazy but there's always hope and always the chance of a brighter tomorrow and thus, a reason to continue.

I am glad you are doing better now.
