I wanted to thank all of the mothers who do the best they can do.

You grew up in a single parent home

No father figure, your mother did it all alone

She did a great job, she raised you well

Your values and morals is how I can tell

You are a kind, intelligent, respectful type of brother

I just wanted to acknowledge and thank your mother

I believe that your mother has done the best for you, and your siblings. Or if the chance that you have any.....

It is impossible for us to repay our mothers for the sacrifices they make on our behalf. We give out cards once a year & the occasional phone call here and there but do we ever really stop and think what they went without so that we may have. I guess it takes us becoming parents ourselves to realize how lucky we were to have them in the first place.

This poem speaks straight to my heart. My mother is not a single parent, but I love her so much. She is the most amazing and strong person I've ever met in my life. She's in the same category as Muhammad Ali in terms of being simply the greatest.Mothers are so hardworking to provide for their families. If it wasn't for my mother,I wouldn't be here.Thank you for sharing this poem.It made me have a big smile on my face :-)
