Spring is a time for renewal.
|
Spring displays for us new life
Time to rid ourselves of strife,
Heartache, fear, pain and the past
Shrug off what leaves us aghast.
Spring shows us flowers and bloom
Displayed to take away gloom,
To not harbor others' faults
Or hold within their insults.
Spring lets us welcome fresh days
No one is too old to play
Hold onto all special dreams
Dangle our feet into streams.
Spring is a time for the meek
Forget spite, joyfully seek
Excellent things bringing peace
Such a state creates release.
Spring reconfirms what is new
Life is short; let's find our due
Some heaven within my soul
Blending the best as a goal.
