What is your identity?
You plan to live on into infinity.
Do you have lots of fans?
Your drink comes from cans.
Does everybody sing your song?
Nothing you do is wrong.
What is your identity?
You display an example of amenity.
You love the right people?
Visit no place with steeples.
Do you express hate for the Bible?
Say that God’s Word is libel.
What is your identity?
You fulfill desire with every extremity,
And will stop at nothing.
Your words express lusting.
Do you make your own body unfit?
Filling it with poison or selling it.
What is the best identity?
One that looks for hope in the trinity.
Existing not for other’s love.
Cherish mostly love from above
Have hope that God’s spirit dwells within,
By being thankful He forgave sin.
What hope is in this identity?
It is knowing that there is an eternity.
Walking with Him down a lane.
Being at peace without any pain.
Living in a place in which to fulfill dreams,
Without hearing violent screams.
Is it a identity we should desire?
One where our bodies will never tire.
A place filled with agape love,
In a Heavenly promise from above.
Nothing on earth is worth more than this,
For serving the Almighty is bliss.
