the structure falls

As he flicks onto channel 6 of his 99 channel television with surround sound and fastext which he hasn't noticed being faster than teletext but which is certainly faster than the ceefax of his - but not just his- childhood but many adults childhood but not a child's childhood for that has only just begun like a tap dripping in an abandoned shack used sparingly as a country retreat by a millionaire who was not always a millionaire but made their fortune in an industry such as textiles or possibly ceramics or possibly an industry the poet hasn't thought of because he's been thinking about a wolf who's forgotten his lines in an adaptation of a Berthold Brecht play featuring not just wolves but possibly crows and puffins or possibly other animals you'd be really shocked to see on a city farm designed to educate children in the ways of the beast that they would be otherwise shocked to see in a city as their natural habitat is something far more rustic and archaic in this multi-cultural multi-functional tool designed to make a modern mans but not just men for that is to disclude 50% of the worlds population or more if you subscribe to the supply maths teachers argument that there are more women because of that bastard Herod but if there are more women why can you never find one when you want one or possibly more if you like that sort of thing but I can find one who agrees to the demands of the contract I've had drawn up dramatic pause in order to heighten audience excitement but they are not listening due to a slight mumble and a cry of a crow aah aah that dispels the myth that poetry is anything other than a string of arbitrary words put in a certain pattern that would be a post-modern argument if modernism wasn't an arbitrary term placed on a period that is no longer modern but outdated like those jeans you've been wearing and in the past like world war II or that time she borrowed the c.d. but you can't remember which one it was and you remember you didn't like it but that's not the point the point is he only has terrestrial television channels so channel 6 only shows black and white dots dancing like penguins dying for a slash and he's being staring at it for ten minutes whilst talking shit until a sudden realisation that he's missed the start of columbo and it' s always the first person you see so you may aswell turn it off - but you can't.
