The Early Bard Gets The Word

The early bard gets the word

Perhaps absurd,

Although concurred.

The early bard gets the word

Sometimes inferred,

Of’times ensured.

The early bard gets the word

That could be blurred

When overheard.

The early bard gets the word

Sometimes unheard,

As it’s conferred.

The early bard gets the word

And rests assured s/he beat the bird.
