Astonishing when we open our eyes to look at life in this capacity...maybe if we treasured now than the world might slow down and stop some of the constant insanity that seems to thrive on chaous of tomorrow.

This is called Gestalt Therapy invented by Frederic S. Perls. Gestalt Therapy stands on two legs the here and the now - those with an incomplete gestalt are shallow - everything is grounded in awareness...Todaaaaay is a great mind-adjuster and liberating - the past is no more - the future is not yet...
