I wish my boss was like this.

Being the one in charge
Is definitely a hard
And sometimes thankless job
But you continue to press on
And do the best you can.
You were born to be a
Leader and it’s not in
You to be anything less.
From sun up to sun set,
You are here getting the job done.
Being the boss means
You have to listen to
The complaints of others,
Be the voice of reason
And the “big” problem solver.
You endure all the interruptions
Challenges, and unforeseen
Occurrences beyond your control.
Despite all these obstacles you
Encourage us to reach our goals.
As a leader, you develop
The potential within others
And help fertilize and nurture
The seeds of leadership
Within those future leaders.
Great managers deserve
A standing ovation so
Stand up and take a bow.
You are one of the
Greatest managers around.

Not everyone is "cut out" to be a leader. One wonders how some of them get into such positions of "authority." Thank you. Love and peace,

Happy Boss's Day to bosses everywhere! We all wish we had bosses that cared more. I've had a few "winners", and then again, I've had a few whom I loved! It happens to all of us!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
