Become a Fan

Our pastor signs all his email to us simply "RR". This poem is to let him know how much his "flock" loves him. Thank you Pastor Rupert

RR

You came into our lives

About a year ago

We didn’t know it then

But you reap just what you sow

We prayed the Lord would send

The perfect one for us

A shepherd who could lead

And even drive our bus.

You’ve melted all our hearts

You’ve won us one by one

We praise the Lord for sending you

Our job is not yet done.

We need to gather from the field

More sheep to help us grow

Our hearts are full of joy

And now we need to show

You came to us

Without a tie

But oh how we have learned

It isn’t just the tie that binds

Our Father’s praise we earned

We listen when you speak to us

And teaching us to love

We know your words not just RR’s

But the Fathers up above…

Good for you to remember your pastor like this. He feeds his flock and is always there to care for their needs as needed. Ours is tremedously good at messages on Sunday.
