Havin' A Bad Day

Nothin’ in my life
Seems to go right
I wish I could drop
Out of sight

Would I be missed?
Or would my life be dismissed?
Would anyone care
Or do I dare
Ask?

Would I be punished
If I ended it all?
Or should I just fall
Back into reality
And work on my mentality

I’ll get myself togetha
And do something cleva
Like write a poem
And send it to a home
Where someone is feeling
Just like me

I’ll even write a novel
And hope someone reads it
Maybe my pain
Will help someone else gain
The courage
neva to give up
Without a fight

After writin’ all this down
I feel like such a clown
For even thinkin’ this way
Cause I’ve had a bad day

But, I know things will get betta
In time
As long as I keep
It in my mind
To give it to the man upstairs
And leave it there
I’ll be fine

Thanks to you-I'm now having a good day. Laughter is better than laxative any day.
