You all are special!

Many times we forget to say how wonderful things can be

So, I am here to tell you, this is what I see.

I scroll across a blissful scene where writers come to play

It magnifies creations bloom in a gentle child's array.

Diverse in form, in prose it spells a time and place to fell

The Coat of Many Colors of minds who want to tell.

Authors here from A to Z, a last name to be proud

You are among a throng of souls, we are a single crowd.

Sometimes I cry when I feel your pain...

Or laugh out loud till my muscles strain.

And then, sometimes, I have to admit it's simply over my head

Too deep in prose it can't sink in, too deep to comprehend.

Then, I see where life begins, it covers seas of blue

As deep as oceans torrents swirl, your minds are many hues.

I'm proud to say I feel this way; your writing's touch my heart

Your Coat of Many Colors gives my day a big jumpstart!

So now, I want to thank you all for giving me your time

YOUR COAT of MANY COLORS wraps me up; you make life shine

Beautifully said Joyce! I particularly enjoyed the line "Too deep in prose it can't sink in, too deep to comprehend", as I feel that way sometimes as well (lol)! Great write.

There are truly many different coats, of many different colors, here, and the diversity truly adds to a magnificent rainbow of writing.

A wonderful ode to all writers.
