  Behind the lock I stood confined
praying to get free,
until one day inside my mind
I found the key...was...me.

Ahhh, Hi PMD, I wrote my first poem only 6 years ago, and I am compelled to say;
"Freedom" conveys exactly the same message as what I had first written in "Who's in the mirror."

I gravitate to this type of thinking and look forward to reading more of your work.

Love and Peace forever

Much wisdom in these verses, Kay. This poem reminds me of the theme that I tries to share in one of my poems posted here at AD entitled, "The Power of One." Thank you for sharing. Love and peace to you,

Regis
