I've seen the way you've been looking at me
Wide eyes and smiling face
Hiding the contempt, or maybe fear
That you feel when I'm around

I've felt the way you act around me
Open arms with a welcoming glow
Wanting me to enter your heart
Smirking behind my back as we embrace

I know the way you really feel
Needing me when you're alone
Disdaining me secretly in your being
Leaving will never be an option

I need the hate
The scorn and the fear
My lifeblood feeds
On the feelings you create
