This I wrote for one of my sisters. I don't see them often as they live on the other side of the world, I really wanted to give her something special and unique. I got the idea of writing this from a holiday in Greece when we were young children with our parents. All of us were on an old Greek fishing vessel for a day.
As we were watching the dolphins swim by the side of the boat we looked up, laughing with such joy, into each others eyes.
This is for you Deb, you were leaning over the side of the boat right next to me, yours were the eyes I shared with that afternoon.

 A Long Gone Memory

Stinging sea spray flew around us all, laughing, in fear of the unknown, we clung on tightly, peering over the edge.

Eyes wide, we all looked at each other gasping at the shining dolphins, diving and swimming on either side beneath us. Royalty had never been lucky enough to feel like this.

That day, as one, we could of held the moon in our hands, the stars, already unknowingly ingrained deep in our hearts.

We all shined together, bound at that moment, always as one. That day, true happiness we all broke through…
