A poem I wrote twenty years ago relating nature to discernment.

 Night and Day

Night falls
  Day breaks
Night sleeps
  Day awakes

Night wounds
  Day heals
Night hides
  Day reveals

Evening, Morning
  Divide the Light
Who perceives
  Day from Night?

It's with the soul
  That we see
And understand
